A patient cancels an €80 Tuesday 14:30 slot by SMS, three hours before the appointment.
The freed slot enters a recovery queue. €80 of capacity is at risk of being lost for today only — it cannot be sold tomorrow.
Only patients who opted in to short-notice offers and match this slot type and time window are considered. At most one offer is live at a time, so no one can be double-booked.

A single offer goes out by SMS/WhatsApp with a 15-minute window to accept. Nobody else on the list is disturbed yet.
The patient taps “Yes” six minutes later. The other patients were never contacted, so the list is not spammed.
The slot is rebooked, a confirmation and a reminder are scheduled, the waiting list is updated, and the owner’s weekly report increments recovered revenue.
